Kansas & Missouri Environmental Education Conference
October 26 – October 27
The Kansas Association for Conservation and Environmental Education (KACEE) and the Missouri Environmental Education Association (MEEA) invite YOU—educators, administrators, community leaders, program providers, researchers, and advocates—to join us at the 2026 Kansas & Missouri Environmental Education Conference!
This conference brings together educators, naturalists, and community leaders from across the region for one of the most dynamic gatherings in our field. This year’s theme — Systems Connect Us All — reflects what environmental educators have always known: That the health of our land, our communities, and our children are inseparable.
Sessions span three interconnected strands: building deep relationships with land and place; examining the systems — schools, food networks, built environments — that determine whether people and ecosystems thrive; and strengthening the networks and partnerships that make our collective work more powerful. Your participation and support helps bring this community together, spark the collaborations that outlast the conference, and invest in the next generation of environmental leaders in Kansas and Missouri.
