Kansas Commodity Classic

January 30 All day

Make plans to attend the Kansas Commodity Classic, the premier event of the Kansas Corn, Grain Sorghum, Soybean and Wheat associations bringing together farmers and ag leaders from across the state. Every year, growers of the state’s top commodities gather to get valuable insights on policy, markets, weather and more.

K-State’s Dr. Jennifer Ifft and Robin Reid will discuss economics and policy; Tanner Ehmke, Lead Economist for Grains & Oilseeds at CoBank’s Knowledge Exchange will provide market insights, popular meteorologist Ross Janssen will cover weather, and hear updates from DC from members of the Kansas Congressional delegation. Check back as we confirm additional speakers.

Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast. Speakers begin at 9 a.m. and wrap up mid afternoon following the Kansas Commodity Classic luncheon. Be sure to join us and to also participate in the commodity group meetings held in conjunction with the Classic!
