DESCRIPTION:We’re hosting our 3rd Annual BioBlitz! Last year you helped us gather data on a number of species\, helping inform science and conservation efforts in our area! Join us at Crawford State Park on September 15\, 2026 from 8am to 3pm. Rain date is the following Tuesday (09/22/2026). All are welcome to help document the pollinators in our area! \n\n\n\nHow to Participate: Just take pictures of plants\, birds\, insects\, butterflies\, bees\, beetles\, etc and then upload them to iNaturalist either via their app or via their website. To count towards our team with NRPA’s Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz\, it has to be in September and the geographic location has to be the park. \n\n\n\nWe are working to get presenters and educators of conservation out there and setup at the CCC Memorial as well. DESCRIPTION:Join us for an on-farm look at virtual fence technology and regenerative grazing in practice. Kaitlyn Dozler-German\, CRA Virtual Fence Program Manager\, will open with a brief overview of what virtual fence is and how Chris Hudson has implemented it on his operation. Chris will then lead a tour of the farm\, where folks can see what he’s been working on this year — no-till corn\, cover crop plantings and the collars in action.
