Soil Health Educational Hour

This event begins with supper catered by Goings Enterprises in Girard, KS. Following supper, a guest speaker from K-State Extension will give a presentation on how to plant a pollinator corner garden with donated plants from Peyton’s Potting Shed. Then there will be a presentation on how to use compost bins with a crank to care for those pollinator gardens.

The first 15 households to register will receive a compost bin and bundle of 5 pollinator plants to try it themselves. Call the McCune Osage Township Library to register: 620-632-4112
